What’s included?

Exclusive Access to the designated indoor and outdoor spaces on our 280+ acre property for decorating, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception for the entire weekend from Friday* to Sunday* with options to add on-site rehearsal dinner & farewell brunch. (Staff is always on-site.)

Included Event Spaces

Two Floor, 4500 Sq Foot Barn

New & modern finishes. Complete with two indoor bathrooms downstairs, 2 built-in bars (one on each floor), Heat & AC (on 2nd floor, heat only on 1st floor,) expansive glass doors on three sides, a 60’ patio overlooking gardens, horses, and mountains, and more!

Ceremony Space

Pastoral views, horses in the foreground, and expansive mountain views in the background complete with hand-made cedar arbor and benches. Updated in 2024 with new benches placed on a slight incline for increased sight line from the back rows.

Patio Area

Complete with cafe lighting, Adirondack chairs, 2 large live-edge whiskey barrel tables, bocce court, outdoor games shed, and a recessed fire pit (including set-up & wood.)

Bridal Cottage

Newly-finished quaint story-book cottage. Complete with heat/ac for you to get ready in. Located behind the barn & adjacent to the ceremony space - it is in the perfect spot to stay hidden until just the right moment!

Full apartment on-site for bride and attendants to get ready. Available from 8 am on

the day of your wedding.

Watch our socials for progress updates on our on-site cabin for overnight stays.

Also - enjoy multiple large yard areas adjacent to the barn/pastures. These can be utilized for yard games, seating, outdoor cocktail hour, tents, food trucks, etc.

  • Event manager dedicated to the execution of your vision. They will work with you months in advance to gather your information, create a timeline, floorplan, and lineup - and manage your vendors’ arrivals/departures and needs so that you don’t have to worry about a thing!

  • Devoted staff members who will always be on-site when you are to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible. 

  • All necessary furniture provided including (but not limited to

      • Hand-made wooden farm tables (Runners can be found in our decor shop.)

      • Sweetheart table (Choose between a mini farm table or a mini round table)

Full Weekend Rental Pricing

Prime Weekends

June - October

Off Prime Weekends

November - May

$12,000

This includes 4 hours on the Friday before your wedding between the hours of 10 am-5 pm for decorating and rehearsing.

You may arrive Saturday as early as 8:00 am to use the Cottage or apartment for hair and makeup. (We can make exceptions for weddings that end earlier.) Town ordinance requires music to stop no later than 10:00 pm. The farm is closed/guests must depart by no later than 10:30 pm. You have the morning on Sunday to pick up your décor items and other belongings by 10:00 am. If you would prefer not to come back in the morning, let us know and we will have staff prepared to help you pack your belongings directly after your event.

Please contact us for guest counts over 100.

You have the option to add additional time to your weekend rental for a Rehearsal Dinner or a Farewell Sunday Brunch.

Interested in a weekday wedding? We are happy to accommodate you! You would have a similar approach with the day prior available to you for decorating and rehearsing for 4 hours between 10 am to 5 pm. Up to 100 guests for weekday weddings as well, please contact us if you anticipate being over 100.

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS – We are generally closed on holiday weekends. If you are interested in a holiday weekend, contact us directly. There is an upcharge for holiday weekends should we be able to accommodate your needs. That will include New Year’s, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus / Indigenous People’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.

Please Note - 

-We require a $1m event insurance policy with Cold Spring Farm listed as the additional insured. We can not include this in your venue rental fee as the cost is dependent on the details of your event.  The typical approximate cost is $75-$150 Find out more here.

There is NO additional sales tax in the state of New Hampshire for your venue rental. The price listed is the price you pay.

We do not want to charge you for services that you will not utilize. This is why We provide some services that you can choose to add on to your package if they resonate with you and fall within your budget.
