The Property
~280 Private acres with horse pastures and a trail system throughout. Cold Spring Farm is home to four generations of our family, six horses, 17 chickens, and a couple of sweet pups. Find out more about what’s on the property below.
The Barn
A true post and beam two-story barn. Built in 2010, and finished in 2019 - this barn has been completed in a rustic yet elegant way to provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding or event. Our barn provides that country, hand-crafted feel while offering new finishes and modern amenities for your comfort.
The Cottage
Complete with heat/AC, lighted makeup mirrors, and plenty of seating, our quaint storybook cottage is located behind the barn and is often used for getting ready or staying out of sight until your moment. The unique arched doorway opens to the end of the aisle providing the perfect entrance.
Ceremony Space
A lovely outdoor ceremony space complete with hand-made cedar arbor and live edge benches ready for you to add your decor. This beautiful space gives you both pastoral and mountain views. The Bridal Cottage is situated between this space and the barn.
Patio
Our well-lit woodsy paths will take you from the barn to the patio and beyond that to the parking lot. Our patio features cafe lighting, a large recessed fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, two live-edge barrel tables on either side, a bocce court, and an outdoor games collection that you are welcomed to access for your event.
