Bar Services
ALL alcohol must be served by an insured and certified bartender
This includes rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch if planning to serve alcohol at those events.
We are happy to provide you with a fully insured and knowledgable bartender for your event. Please note that Cold Spring Farm does NOT have a liquor license and we cannot sell alcohol. You will be responsible for stocking your own bar, and our bartender will handle the rest. Although we cannot provide a cash bar, there are outside vendors who can.
What is included in our in-house bar service?
Certified & insured bartender for your event
Wedding day bar includes 5 hours of bar service with the option to add one more hour for an additional $75.
We announce last call 30 min. before your event concludes. For 5 hours of bar service, we suggest starting your ceremony at 4:00 pm to begin bar service at 4:30 pm (unless you would like to conclude your event earlier than the venue’s closing time.)
Set up & breakdown - just drop off your bar items when you come to decorate, and we will handle the rest.
We suggest placing cold items into the provided fridge immediately upon arrival to ensure they are sufficiently chilled for service.
Eco-friendly compostable cocktail/beer cups and straws provided.*
Ice is provided.
Self-serve water stations are provided on each floor.
Consultation with your bartender to create a customized shopping list per your desired offerings and budget.
Signature drinks and beverage menu provided for you based on your consultation.
Clean, organize, and prepare bar space before and after your event.
All purchased bar contents will be packed up for you to easily collect at the end of your event.
If you plan to remove alcohol from the premises on the night of the event - we require all containers to be sealed and packed into the trunk of a single vehicle following the event. We are happy to assist with this.
