Bar Services

ALL alcohol must be served by an insured and certified bartender

This includes rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch if planning to serve alcohol at those events.

We are happy to provide you with a fully insured and knowledgable bartender for your event. Please note that Cold Spring Farm does NOT have a liquor license and we cannot sell alcohol. You will be responsible for stocking your own bar, and our bartender will handle the rest. Although we cannot provide a cash bar, there are outside vendors who can.

What is included in our in-house bar service?

  • certified & insured bartender for your event

  • Wedding day bar includes 5 hours of bar service with the option to add one more hour at a rate of 50$/hour

  • Set up and break down are handled by bartender(s) and are not counted as hours of bar service

  • eco-friendly compostable cocktail/beer cups and straws provided*

  • ice provided

  • Water station

  • consultation with bar manager to create customized shopping list in accordance with your desired offerings and budget

  • design signature drinks and create a beverage menu

  • Clean, organize, and prepare leftover bar contents at end of event for easy removal

Price

Wedding day bar serice (up to 100 guests) - $450 event fee +tips

(includes set up, breakdown, cups/straws/ice, and up to 5 hours of bar service)

PLEASE NOTE that this does not include alcohol. You are responsible for stocking the bar with the necessary ingredients for your desired beverages. Our staff will assist in creating a shopping list to help you prepare with appropriate amounts based on your event size and unique needs.
